Train for 8 weeks with a coach who has worked with
Champions and Premier League players
— right here in Beavercreek.
Built for field sport athletes like soccer, lacrosse, and more, this program is designed to develop the complete hybrid athlete:
stronger than a traditional endurance athlete, more conditioned than a typical strength/power athlete, and built to perform for the full duration of competition.

- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Athletes will be tested and tracked throughout the summer so progress can be measured, not guessed.

Coach Rebecca Wood
Coach Rebecca is a player welfare and youth development specialist with 10+ years of experience inside QPR and Arsenal Academies.
She has worked with many current Champions and Premier League players and most recently supported England Women U15s through 2024/2025.
Rebecca blends professional expertise with a parent’s perspective to help build confident, resilient young athletes on and off the field.
