For high-intensity conditioning, hybrid metabolic conditioning, and official HYROX race preparation, our facility features a premium fleet of Concept2 SkiErgs, Rowers, and BikeErgs, alongside Assault Bikes and Rogue Echo Bikes. Our strength and functional zones are anchored by an 80-foot fitness turf runway, a 34-foot Rogue Fitness Rig with 6 custom squat stations, and a comprehensive selection of premium Rogue barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, Med Balls, and heavy-duty D-Balls. Engineered for maximum power development, we also feature authentic Rogue Sleds and Torque Fitness Tanks with specialized sled and tank accessories, giving you every tool needed to build elite strength and endurance.
